We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your PostGenius AI credit purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us through the Service using the email address tied to your account.
  2. Include the PayPal transaction ID or the approximate date and amount of the purchase.
  3. We will review the request and process the refund to the original PayPal payment method when approved.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment method. The time depends on your bank or card issuer and is commonly 5 to 10 business days.

Credits after a refund

If a purchase is refunded, the credits granted by that purchase may be removed from your PostGenius AI account. This does not limit your right to request a refund within the 30-day period.
