Purpose

PostGenius AI helps users create social media posts and AI cover images. This policy explains what is not allowed so the Service remains safe, lawful and compliant.

Prohibited uses

• Illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft or deceptive commercial practices.
• Spam, mass unsolicited messages, engagement manipulation, fake reviews or platform abuse.
• Malware, credential theft, vulnerability exploitation, security probing or circumvention.
• Hate, harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, self-harm encouragement or violent extremist content.
• Non-consensual sexual content, non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation or deceptive synthetic media.
• Political persuasion, election manipulation or content that misrepresents its source or intent.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or contractual rights.
• Regulated professional advice, including legal, medical, financial or investment advice, without qualified review.
• Attempts to bypass safety filters, credit limits, payment controls, access controls or account restrictions.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded or submitted content, generated outputs and any use of those outputs. You must review outputs before publishing and ensure you have all rights, permissions and legal bases needed for your intended use.

Enforcement

We may block prompts, refuse generations, remove content, limit credits, suspend accounts or terminate access when we believe this policy, our Terms or the law may be violated. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account closure.

Rights-holder complaints

If you believe content created with PostGenius AI infringes your rights, contact us through the Service with enough information to identify the content and your rights claim. We may remove or restrict content and accounts that repeatedly infringe third-party rights.
